Anyone ever roast a turkey over coals on a rotisserie? I have a 32 lb turkey sitting in a brine and was wondering if anyone in TDR land cooks their bird this way.

I have cooked 14-16 lb turkeys that way. But not a 32. I stuff mine with so that there is a lot of moisture cooking from the inside out and to keep the meat from getting dry. They taste great. You'll just have to keep the heat low and check the temp in the breast to make sure it's done. That's a heck of a turkey to cook.
