2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Rockauto

I order some parts from Rockauto and received them today. Two ball joints and the steering damper. I order two upper ball joints and when I opened them it looks like they sent me an upper and a lower. But there is no way to tell. The model number on the packages are identical but the looks are not.



Anyone else ever have this issue?



I've emailed them and will call tomorrow if need be.

They have pretty good customer service. You'll hear from them.

I ended up calling them. Very easy to deal with. They sent me a return label to print and will send out the replacement as soon as the package is scanned on my end, which happened when it was dropped off.
