How do the dually tires wear (why is it a waste of time to rotate)? Do the rears never wear, so you just replace the fronts when they get cupped? Do they not cup, or something, due to the design/loading/etc. ?
My last truck (QC/SB) wore the rear tires out really fast (tight limited-slip?), and the fronts would cup really bad after 15-20K miles. I did have the dreaded steering drift, so that could have been part of the early demise.
I'm wondering how much I'll have to budget for my new truck, and what is the best way to prolong the life of the stock tires, when I get it.
