Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) rough idle

While coming to a stop one day my truck quite running. After a new lift pump,ECM, injection Pump and a cleaned gas tank the engine still lopes before it will idle. Worse with the A/C on and after a trip hard to start.

Help!

What year and what mods have you done on it?

2001 2500 banks power, afe air filter, stage two injectors

30,000 miles with no trouble, until recent

I have a 1999 with the same mods and no problems

no codes when the problem started and no codes now

my local Dodge dealer had contact with Chrysler Engineers for weeks and still no solution

the last thing they did was clean the fuel tank and put in new fuel

told me the problem would go away

Unplug the Banks and see what happens.

tried unplugging the banks and still the same problem
