Take it back to the selling dealer, tell them what the last dealer found, mention that the truck had 62 miles on it when you got it and tell them you want it fixed under warranty.

I 100% agree with Ryan.
If they deny your demand then tell them you 1) demand a full refund, 2) are going to file a lemon law claim, 3) are going to complain to cummins directly (just to make trouble -- they can't help you), 4) are going to call the GM of the dealer to complain, 5) going to call the parent company of the selling dealership (if it's a big chain) to complain and 6) if you can't get satisfaction, get a lawyer.
You don't have to actually do any of these things -- just tell them you're ready to.
Maybe after you tell them all that, the selling dealer will fix the problem.
