rumble in left front

Has anyone ever had a rumbling come from a front tire and it not been the bearings?It seems to be my left front and happen only intermittanly and when I hit a bump it may do it for 2 seconds or for as long as 15 seconds. I hear this noise coming from the left front and I've taken the left hub apart 2 times already and the bearings all look good, everything torqued properly I thought it was the tire and swapped front to back and I thought the problem went away when I switched it ,so I bought a new tire and today it started again. The noise is so loud it sounds like you hit a rumble strip on the highway. Short of just saying screw it and changing the bearing and races I thought I would ask if someone else had this happen
