I would be wary of it for one reason: The trend around here the last couple of years when these are stolen is to move it to a well hidden location and use it as a meth lab. Common problem with fish houses too.
Friend of ours had their brand new TT stolen last year, and it was found about 3 weeks later out in the woods about 100 miles north of the Twin Cities. The insurance company was very anxious to fix the damaged components and have the owner take it back into possesion, but they found out through law enforcement officials just what the trailer had been through. They refused to take the old trailer back and the insurance company replaced it, but nobody seems to know what happened to the original one. You can bet your bottom dollar the insurance company did not want to scrap it out, so it was probably sold to someone else without proper disclosure of it's history. Don't think I'd want a trailer that had been used as a meth lab, I don't want to expose myself or my family members to the stuff that is soaked into the carpet, furniture, and walls!
