Satellite Dish for RV

So we got a RF Mogul Satellite Dish installed by Advanced Satellite based in Junction City, OR this past spring when we were traveling in Palm Springs area. They did a great job and it worked well for a while until the GPS unit failed. But what I want to comment on is the remarkable customer service provided by Carlo at RF Mogul in Salt Lake City. We live in Redmond, WA and he was going to overnight the part to me so I could install it. Since we were just getting ready to leave for a 2 month road trip and our route was through SLC we decided to just meet up at his shop where they manufacture the units. He personally replaced the GPS unit with a re-designed module (no charge) and patiently explained all the details to me. You can tell these guys nhave passion for what they do. Not only that, he provided unbelievably detailed directions to their shop (to avoid sharp turns towing a big trailer) and just couldn't have been more polite, professional, and accomodating. It is so unusual to receive awesome customer service that I had to post this. The Advanced Satellite guy was also outstanding and offered to fix it for me when we were going through Oregon. The reception with this satellite is outstanding with DirectTV. We love it.
