2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Seat replacements

My 2001 has the all-too-familiar Driver's seat sag, as well as the material is now failing. I did a search, but can only find ,seat-covers'. Is there a source for replacement seat upholstery? I will be back in the States for a few days, and could bring them back. Otherwise, I will take the truck to the local shop here, and he will make new covers for the DS, replace the foam as well as put the mats in for the seat-heaters. However, I am relatively certain that the material he can get will not be an exact match for what is in the truck... so a source for the replacement of the (artificial leather) seat in the USA might be better.

I replaced the ones on my 01 back in 2006, I found them on Ebay for 499. 00 front and rear, took about 45 min. to replace, Monte

Thanks. I will take a quick look, however, all I have found so far are seat-covers, not the actual upholstery. Jonathan

I found the leather replacements, I also leathered my 07 off of ebay for 399. 00, wish i could remember the sellers ID. , Monte

There are several companies offering just the covers. I get mine through my local upholstery shop, Extreme Upholstery. Andy is the owner, and David is his second. They've done several seats for me, and they have turned out fantastic, as well as ordering me the covers... . 940. 380. 8778 http://www.xtremeupholstery.com/



I'm not sure what they'll charge. Ebay may be cheaper. The last few seats have been trades for mechanic work or bangsticks... .

I had a local auto upholstry place here in arkansas replace the foam seat bottom and he had some material that matched my seats pretty dang close just layin around the shop and only charged me $65 to replace the ripped edge of the driver seat and install a new foam seat bottom. i cant tell the difference between the factory material and the material he installed and very pleased with it so far.
