Second gear starts

Keep ohming most of what you want is on the diagram with pin numbers. Are you saying pin 21 did ohm like it should at 33 ?

I have a lingering thing in my mind that won’t go away. So I pick a transmission shop that has good reviews. I stop by and talk to them about my problems and they listen. They past the first impression test. So I have to wait to take the truck in for two weeks. I tell them what ever it costs and whatever it takes to get it fixed etc as long as I’m in the loop .I tell them there’s no rush. They call on the first day to tell me truck won’t be done today. Very strange. They have the truck for two days and I get a call that the transmission is fine but still is stuck in third gear and limp mode.They put it on their reader /diagnostic machine read some codes and erase them. 10 amp transmission fuse blows when key is turned on. One code p0753 won’t go away so they say it’s a electrical problem but it’s past their expertise and refer me to another shop with a three week wait. I’m on their list now. The first shop never even dropped the pan nothing no new governor pressure solenoid or transmission control solenoid replaced just said electrical we don’t do electrical. They charge me $150 shop time which is fine but $150 is about maybe one hour labor maybe ? It’s just strange behavior . And so where do I go from here. If it wasn’t for a replaced hip and two replaced knees those parts would have already been replaced in my garage but my creeper days are over. Tell what you think please Go back and try them again or wait for the new shop?

Also told me that the input seal is leaking and the pan gasket and they would be happy to address those issues when I get the electrical issues fixed

Well, I'd disconnect everything down at the transmission and see if the fuse still blows. That way the chance is high to find out if it is internally or within the wire loom.
