Okay guys, I know I bought that watch a while back for a reason. Its time to sell it and begin the bombing run.
Wanted to know if the Edge box blow up my stock automatic transmission?
Just got a 25' travel trailer and needed a little better mpg and torque.
Whatcha guys think?

Cummins and Rolex are two very fine tools, however the Rolex would have lasted the rest of your life, the truck won't.

You'll have to pry the Submariner off my cold dead wrist!

OTOH, I figure we've got 10-20 good years left of burning fossil fuels and enjoying the beasts that the carbon gives life too. Rolex will be around much longer, you can always get another! #ad

To answer your question on the EZ, it might slowly eat up your transmission. That is one of the reasons that I've waited for my 3/36 warranty to expire B4 Bombing. DTT TC and VB are going in soon and then DD2's and EZ. I've never had a complaint with power towing what I do currently. It has always gone plenty fast, too fast in many cases. Maybe that is just the TT. Recently, I followed a new T2000 Kenworth from Winslow to Flagstaff, AZ (~5k to 7k feet in 40 miles. ) towing the Airstream at 80+ on I-40. Yeah, the pedal was to the floor, turbo screaming, but that was enough power for me.

I'd wait or do the transmission upgrades from Bill K if you tow much.
