wbrasher - I have that CD, and it does cover the 600. Tech Authority does not know either. DC has the best engine company on the planet, and they are asleep at the wheel. I don't think they understand us very well, but they have figured out we will buy their trucks
On the Foreword page of the SM, it says
SERVICE MANUAL
2004
RAM TRUCK
1500 - 2500 - 3500
INCLUDES SRT-10
AND DIESEL
at the bottom above the recycle symbol, there is a number: 81-370-04095
I have seen an early 2004 version, and that number is not there in the copy that I looked at. At the top of the Foreword page, it did not say includes SRT-10, so it would look like this:
SERVICE MANUAL
2004
RAM TRUCK
1500 - 2500 - 3500
p-Bar - I believe that is true for the automatic, not the manual transmission, but you are right - the differences are much more than just more HP & Torque.
nickleinonen mentioned Geno's garage. Has anyone called them to ask? No one at DC seems to know. I would think Geno's would be far more likely to know.
