Are you Waiting on or Delivering a Keystone RV???

Need travel trailer advice

KKohagen Thanks I am aware of the Ca Emission only for me trucks the one out of state 6 spd is. But it sure makes it difficult to find not only a NV5600 but it also has to have Ca Emissions.

There is a guy here in Nebraska with an 02 white 3500 6-spd. It only has 15000 miles on it and he is the only one who has driven or ridden in it. Only driven on the highway and only long trips. He doesn't even like the rock chips under the fender where the paint meets the fender liner (I think there might be 2 or 3 of them). I think he was thinking about upgrading but not sure.

I think i may have my 3500 the one that is almond, just waiting on dealer to confirm that it is there on their lot. I don't understand these guys they told me they had it. Now that I said I want it they are saying OK BUT got to confirm it is here on the lot.

<@#** Waiting with fingers crossed

I'm glad you got one. It looks like a great truck (see sig in #16).

Yes,as each day went by Almond seemed a lot better color. and the fact being it was the only 3500 stick Laraimie equipt the way I wanted. I really didn't want the Nav & U-Connect, Not much I could do about that. Not much to choose from out there. I tried to get one through Dave Smith as Duane worked awful hard for me trying to find me just what I wanted. Dodge sure didn' make it easy being they upaded to the G56 after the 1st of Jan.

Thanks again everyone for helping me get just the right truck for me.

Bill

Cool, glad you found something. Locally up here in Wa trying to find a NV5600 3500 DRW is getting harder by the day. I got real lucky and got mine in a Deep Molten Red Laramie. The only thing was the interior is taupe but I like it now that I have had it a week going from the dark slate.

Congrats!

Congratulations! I think you did the right thing. I don't think it will take very long for every last NV-5600 Truck to be sold. In fact, with the G56 trucks on hold, probably getting any 6spd will shortly prove to be very difficult.

Hope you like it.

Oh, I was also going to say that I had a 1996 F-250 (yeah, I know!) in Almond and that was the best color truck I ever had for not showing scratches and dirt. Much better than my Patriot Blue '03 and even better than my white '04. 5. Color is very subjective, but I am hopeful that you will grow to appreciate it.

Yes my existing personal truck is an 84 ford (6. 9Int'l diesel) I have never liked Ford engines. My hot rod was a 312 could have done a lot better with a 265 or 283 engine (GM). I ordered it with a tan color nice camping color. Still looks good when I polish it. I think originally I just wanted another camping color (non red or orange body color).

But the color is growing on me now, to me the Almond looks a bit more formal, (elegant?) I might have to wear a bow tie

By golly, I had a 1965 F250 in almond. My impressions exactly, best color for not showing the multi-layers of dust or mud, depending on the season. :) Howerver, this was the plain ol' almond and not the fancy smancy nowadays almond.

My favorite dodge color is the chocolate lab brown, but it has not been an option when I ordered my last two trucks. :(

Abdiver,

Folsom Lake Dodge is loaded with NV5600,s right now. I just bought my 3500 DRW Laraimie with a 48RE and it was the minority on the lot. My buddy bought a 3500 DRW loaded Laraimie with the NV5600 the very next day. Not sure what exactly you desire as far as up grades, but last time I was at the delearship there was a white 3500 DRW with the NV 5600 right out front. And they do sell below invoice!

fyrescott Thanks, But I was looking for a SRW and did find an Almond one @ Carson City Dodge in Nv. I had a dealer from Sacromento area do a search and he found this Almond one But his dealership did not want to try to get it for me. So he called my and told me to call Carson City Dodge direct. So I have my truck will pick it up the 18th. Bought a John Deere riding mower for my wife today. that way I can go fishing and my wife can cut the grass. At least that is the plan.
