2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission should steering be stiff

I have a DSS, new steering damper, sway bushings, end links and track bar. Today (to get my front end to 100% I had installed a Rock Solid Ram truck steering bushing and a borgensen steering shaft installed while I was getting some other work done on my truck.



It seems like my truck steers a little harder with the new bushing and shaft than it did before. Would you think this is normal or could possibly it loosen up a little in a few days?



Or, should I start looking for installation issues?

I just spent 5000 dollars on my frontend and yes it feels harder now, kind a stiff. Nothing to worry about.

03 trac bar conversion, I believe it now requires more steering
pressure, especially with the truck camper loaded.
