(Rip is a He!! of a guy! Which is why I have a hard time with the fact that I need to bother him with this when he did not sell me the pump. This pump was either donated by your company or one of your vendors as a prize at a Dyno Event. I tried to call Rip again today and left him a message that I had called because he was buisy dealing with paying customers. I dont feel its his responsibility to have to deal with this problem. Once again I'll give you an A for effort, but failing miserably in the action department. Which the way I am reading this is not your fault, your hands are tied. )

Im gonna take this as DPP lost my warranty regestration form with an explanation of how I aquired their product in a new unopened box along with contact extra contact information if there was going to be a problem with the warranty. But seeing as how you cant be contacted about it, it doesnt really matter anway.
BTW I would much rather handle this in a private conversation but I guess that is not possible either. Another great example of "good time managment" going on here, a 5 min phone call and its all handled, VS 3 days and counting.
