You have to know what sizes you need. They can make about anything you want in any size, temp, and pressure rating They do have a kit for second gen but not first gen. Prices are decent.

Try Piers Diesel Research

I got intercooler hoses from Piers Diesel Research for $125 US. I couldn't find a link to the first gen kit; but here's a link to their Dodge/Cummins products page:

I emailed HighTempSilicone to see if they've dealt with us first gen'ers before.

Also, try these two threads:

Hope that helps…sri ram.

Not sure if you have, but have you checked out Mr Bob's dist. I think I saw 1st gen hoses in complete sets there.

MrBob's

I talked to Bob. He doesn't make hoses for the 1st gen, but said he would if there was interest. I sent him the measurements for our radiator hoses and haven't heard back yet.

I did hear back from High Temp Silicone. They said, "We stock simple bends in 45's and 90's but do not make any multiple axis

hoses. Sorry. " That would take care of the lower radiator hose, but not the upper.

Let's get a few guys together and tell Mr. Bob we'd like a set of hoses for the 1st gen. Chris and Sam said they'd buy two sets. I'd buy one. And, I assume RWWinslow would buy one as well. Anyone else interested?

Mr.Bob speaks…

I hate to disappoint you guys, but I emailed Bob to let him know of your interest and here is what he had to say, "I can't consider it until the 3rd gen sets are completed. "

I also emailed HighTempSilicone again and asked "So, you could make the lower radiator hose-which has one bend–but not the upper-which has multiple bends-right?" They replied, "I would have to see the hose. If we can make it, we would need to make a tool. The prices of tools are pretty expensive. "

If anyone has precise measurements for these hoses, maybe we could use them to get a batch of silicone ones made.

So, no luck yet. I'll keep at 'em and post a thread when I have some luck. Until then, I guess we'd better go with the rubber hoses. PDR, are you listening?

update

emailed bob again…Here's what he said:

Nothing yet, I am going to meet with the manufacturer this month.

Don't hold your breath, fella's.

Update

Emailed Bob again…here's where he's at with the 3rd gen kit;

The manufacture has finally given approval to engineering to start making the tooling for the 3rd Gen hoses. It's officially in the works.

Hopefully, when he's done with them, he'll approach the 1st gen kit. sri ram.

Still working on it, guys. Bob just emailed me to say
Blue silicone hose kits are now in stock for 3rd Gen Trucks.
I emailed him back asking if a first gen kit would be forthcoming esp. heater and radiator hoses. Just trying to be the squeaky wheel here…Keep yer fingers crossed.
