Does anybody know if dodge has a special receiver of i can use my old one. Tried a search and came up with nothing.

The unit is a kenwood,Hate to toss the stock unit I would prefer it if I don't half to buy another one.

well, the answer is "sort of. " You can keep your Kenwood tuner if you add the FM-modulator kit that's shown here. If you want to be able to use your factory stereo to control it, then no, you have to buy the Mopar tuner. Frankly, I think you're better off getting the FM kit and keeping you Kenwood tuner.
