Howdy all,

I am going to be doing a front end leveling kit, and am looking at my various choices. I will also be replacing both sets of control arms when I do this, as well as shocks.

I now know that Skyjacker does make control arms that use heim joints at both ends, which I prefer. But I think these only come with their full class 2 double flex lift kits. I don't really need or want a full lift kit, just the front end leveling. So, does anyone know if it is possible to purchase individual pieces of Skyjacker gear, like just these specific control arms?

Thanks,

Tom

Skyjacker kit vs system

Hi Tom,

Skyjacker has two options for their lift kits;

1) KIT has rear add-a-leafs (cheap, especially to throw away)

2) SYSTEM has rear replacement springs (better for lift, but $200+ each from Skyjacker)

So, the point is, if no one will break up a set, get the 'kit' and stash/discard the add-a-leafs. :)

Skyjacker.....

I bought the Stage II 2 1/2" kit which gives you all 4 links, dual front shocks. The kit has been on for about 8 months and no sag.

Hey Tom,

I have the same question:) I have a set of National Springs that I don't want to part with. Let me know what you find.

Hey Tom,

I'm thinking that if I can get the control arms (Sky Jacker double heim joints) and a 1. 5" spacer (don't know who yet) I will be fine. I'm trying to keep the center of gravity as low as possible and looking for the most droop I can get. I do alot of wheeling on rocks and off camber and want to keep the truck as low as possible with 35's (will grind the front universal for clearance). I'm sure that they have to sell the stuff seperately for replacement reasons.

Keep me up to date Man:)
