Hi Everyone I just posted up a bunch of video's of sled pulls and stuff on Nowel's site, if anyone would care to please see if you can download them and let me know how they work only the Brad one will not work yet. Carefull dial up types these are big files.

What codec did you use to compress those MPG's? They don't want to uncompress at all.

The "new" ones won't work for me. Says something bout PINS cannot connect because they don;t support the transport or something? I dunno..... just letting you know.

shoudl have been just regular MPEG2 but will check in the mean time don't anyone wast any more time on trying until I reload them.

Tom, do you use wmplayer or real player? Real player seems to have taken over my machine unfortunatly. Everytime I go to view a file it wants me to connect to real player to reload some more advertising #ad
I'd like to be able to play the file with the vehicle of my choice.

found the videos--but can't make 'em play--downloaded every frickin' upgrade and still won't work--on the play list it shows 00:00 minutes of video and I also get error for codec, but I don't know how to fix it--anyhelp would be appreciated---I'm able to play the last 4 on the list which were the originals but none of the new ones--arrrgggghhhh!!!!!... ... . chris

I'm only able to get three of the downloads to work. Nowel's 1/4 mile run and my6eatsv8's two mud bogs. All very cool. Has anyone noticed on the second of the two mud bogs, you can see a 12-18 inch flame come out of the tailpipe along with that first burst of black smoke. Very cool. Hook a gauge up to that! Marshmallows anyone?

I was able to see all of the pulls... just takes about 20-25 minutes for them to fully download. It was worth the wait to me... pretty cool!

Same as Waterbrain... only got those three to work. It's not a question of download speed. I've sucked them off a T1 and a cable modem with the same results.

Tom--can you save them in your computer then email them to me--I can't open them and it seems there are quite a few guys that can't either---seems that we can't decompress them for some reason---I emailed them to myself from Perf. Diesel's web site, but that didn't work either... ..... chris

Chris. . the odds of finding two mail servers that will allow attachments that large are about slim to none. Best bet is to get those files all in the same format and then either use the current web site or an FTP site. For those of you that can view all of them, what were you using to view them (and what version)?

sorry guys, I had some other stuff going on last night, I am going to see if I can re-encode them as MPEG-1 (the more basic encoding) and see if that helps, strange how some of us can see them and some can't.

Chris your quicker than me I just finished the fixing. So everyone let er rip, also I reduced the file sizes by quite a bit so for you guys with dial up it won't be quite as painful. Let me know if they all work. PS I am in the process of adding some old video's also so check back on the site later on there will be more to see.

Awsome job Mike! These videos kick butt. My wife is into Corvettes and sometimes a little video goes a long way to help her to understand how cool it is to see these truck with so much power and speed. (The truth is she is probably just going to roll her eyes and go "That's great honey") Oh the great unwashed and their ignorance of the great and powerful Cummins!
