Trailer brakes: backing plate studs on torflex axles

Finally getting around to the camper  What sort of cleaner/lube should I use on the rubber gasket around the slide out? How often should I lube this? Just looking to see what you're using, any recommendations, etc. before I walk into the RV dealer not having much of a clue :{ aka $$$$ I did a search on the lube for the rack & pinion, so I'm set there... . thanks :) I'm set with maintaining the roof as well... . BUT any advice is more than welcome :D Thanks in advance.

Camping World is a good place to start. You can also use the same products you use on your cars and trucks weatherstripping. Also get a tube of 3M weatherstrip glue, comes in black&yellow. For when the weatherstrip comes loose some whare around the RV, as it will. Handy as that roll of Duct Tape&wire ties. Happy Travels
