Looking around under the hood and it appears it may be time to update the small short rubber heater/coolant line hoses on the passenger side of the engine and transmission water to oil cooler. Came across this old post with some relevant information. Would welcome any other comments or suggestions for sourcing replacements.

The above forum post cited the following as hoses to use.

These are two oem hoses that appear to be possibly obsolete.
Cummins p/n 3918267
Cummins p/n 3918266

Geno's lists these gems.

Good info. I had a drop of coolant coming from your first geno’s link. I was able to tighten the worm gear and it solved the problem for now.

I’ll more than likely replace them all here soon.

They're basically all 5/8" elbows or short pieces of 5/8" strait hose. Gates 18143 should work for the elbows and regular 5/8" heater hose for the straights.

Just FYI, I never replaced one on my '95 engine. It had @ 550K on it when I sold it in February.

Sound advice as well.

Sorry @BigPapa, I didn't notice the post with link, the hose I posted has the elbow and enough for the straight piece all in 1 hose. Cut the elbow and then you still have a piece for the other run.
