Interesting. How many miles on the clutch? Any other symptoms.

I have about 15,000 miles on the clutch. The pedal was hard from day one. I went from a CON-OFE to the OKHD 1947, Smooth engagement.

Very interesting. Mine is not hard at all. Approx 60K miles on mine at this point and it has been smooth and easy to operate since I installed it. As mentioned above, it may that I have gotten used to it somewhat, but I could never actually say that mine had a hard pedal feel or major increased effort.

You have me wondering if there isn't an issue with the hydraulics or clutch system itself causing that feel.
