Larger? I think. Are you using GPS to calibrate?

I don't have a GPS but on a main drag here in town they have a small radar display of your speed just below the posted speed. There is also one on the 101 freeway going down a steep grade. I have checked my speedo against both and the deviation is the same.
I think Cattletrucker is right on telling my truck I have smaller than I really am running

Smaller tires are slower than bigger tires. Your computer thinks you have bigger tires than what you have for some reason. So yes, you want to tell it you have smaller tires.

I will try smaller. Thanks

Thanks

Marco, Bob,

Just a great early Christmas present... It is great, Not only did I clear the codes ( after I read what they were ? ) , and corrrected the tire size so the speed is right , I tried the Performance setting. Who sayes a 7000 lb truck cannot be fun to drive... . It rained and was a little tricky when you stab it. Can you spell fun... . Then I turned the Van Aken C3. 1 to the top setting. I can see a TC in the near future. Towing the 5'er is next. Thanks puts it best... ...

Wow... Jr sounds like the exact SW I've been waiting for!!! Bob and Marco thanks in advance for your perseverence and dedication.

Anyone with preliminary fuel mileage numbers yet?? I'm trying to hold off as long as I can until the early numbers are in, but it's getting tough hearing all the great stuff about it!!!

I think this tuner sounds like it should be on my christmas list. I pull 38ft toy hauler the lower egt would be great, I am running stock boost, egt, gauges, no muffler, 6 sp

I've being reading a lot of threads about the smarty. The smarty itself leaves no foot prints how about the smarty JR. And how do you think it would be for shipping to Canada

Yup

I just loaded the TOWING program today just to see how it did. I will run it a few weeks just

to compare it to the ECONOMY program concerning mpg.

I can tell you if you are just easing along at about 50-55 and mash the pedal you will move

out like a sports car. It does leave a small to medium sized black cloud during the acceleration

phase but clears up quickly.
