I figure that I am going to open up a can of worms with this but this is America and here goes. I own three Diesel powered cars (older MBZ's) and my Dodge. I have been reading about AB 1058, Californias attempt to tax Diesel pickups and SUV's. Then I read about how some members get their kicks smoking out some poor guy in a convertable ,UPS drivers(I have worked for UPS 25yrs. ),or people riding bikes. It doesn't take me long to realize that some of these people could be the ones that are complaining to their legislators about these vehicles polluting the air we breathe. Again as I first said, most of my vehicles are Diesels. I love the fuel economy, the rattle, and the dependability. Should we all not use some common sense and courtesy so as not to give us Diesel owners a bad rap?
