Howdy All!
I went to San Antonio for the weekend from the 26th to the 29th of September 2008. While there I blew the hose from my turbo to the intercooler. I called Lonestar Dodge(the closest dealership to my hotel) located @ UTSA and I-10 and asked if they had the part. The guy in parts said no and he could not find one in the city and couldn't get one until wednesday. I called some of my old friends and solicited advice. They all told me to contact Mission Chrysler on I-35. I called Mission and the guy in parts told me they did not have it but,"Let me check the system. Yes, there is one in San Antonio. Lonestar Chrysler Jeep on Broadway has it. Would you like their number?" I called Lonestar Chrysler Jeep and they held the part for me. When I purchased the part those guys were the most helpful. They were inquisitive about how their sister dealership was unaware of the part.
Kudos and high-fives to Mission Chrysler for their help finding a part(at a different dealership) when I was in need and out of town. #@$%!#@$%!#@$%!#@$%! I cannot put into words the disgust and disappointment I have for Lonestar Dodge. If I am ever in San Antonio again and have a problem my first call will be to Mission Chrysler Jeep on I-35. I advise anyone else in San Antonio to do the same. I will not give Lonestar Dodge a second chance.
