also remember that this truck is at a cummins dealer not dodge anymore so the tech could care less if its warrantied or not. also cant be held liable for posting anything. even if you call the dealer they wont give you any info on this situation at all. unless you get someone that doesn't know better. customer information is still confidential.

The service rep at my dodge dealer is hot and is married with kids. I don't care she was being flirty with me and I honestly would have taken her for a "ride" on her lunch break if the opportunity was there.

You must deal with BZ Motors in Lewisburg, Pa. Rhonda Wetzel is the service reps name, & she is FINE!

with all th einjector failures there have been in these trucks I wouldent be surprised if they tried to get out of another one. I have personally seen STOCK trucks with failed injectors that had internal engine damage denied warranty because of suspicion. chrysler is a sneaky sleazy company if you ask me, and get out of whatever they can.

i had a customer that was denied warranty because his cylinders were worn? chrysler never even pulled the bottom end appart, they said there was excessive space between the piston and cylinder, without pulling them and measuring them! the customerowns a machine shop and insisted on coming down and measuring the cylinders with a dial bore gauge and measuring the pistons after getting the specs from me. and they wouldent let him, denied all warranty, and made him pay to reasemble his truck to take it to someone more competant shice he was paying anyway.

forgot and I dont want to get the story wrong, the warranty was denied because his exhaust brake caused the wear

well today i was parking a truck next to the dodge that was messed up, well low and behold i took a look in the bed, and i found a banks PDA wire harness thrown back there!! i kid you not! the tech that worked on it was not lyin about what he saw! still dont know what they are going to do about the engine yet. will keep you posted.

Ok I don't mean to bad mouth anyone but in all honesty this is not our vehicle and for all we now this is somebody that is not a member of TDR. WE SHOULD NOT BE INTERFERING WITH THE SERVICE OF THIS PERSONS TRUCK. DON'T CALL THE DEALER AND POTENTIALLY MAKE MATTERS WORSE FOR THE OWNER AND TECH (could get in trouble for posting this info we are enjoying sitting around the campfire talking about) lets not talking to dealer cuz I want future stories from this tech who submited this so I can be informed of other cases. I paid for this membership to TDR to be informed not to cost someone alto of money by harrassing dealer with diesel info so they and other dealers can deny more claims nor do we need to cause this tech to lose his job. So lets just try to give people the respect the deserve.

So its acceptable to defame the owner insult his intelligent and post his misfortune, and to mislead or incite others. If this was My vehicle MY complaint would have already been drafted and on its way.
