Specs for Lug Nuts and New Center Cap

I don't care for the stock center cap on the 3rd gens. I'd like to get closed-end style lug nuts for my 2004 2500. What are the specs for threading and seat type? Any ideas on a more simple and clean aftermarket center cap?

the lugs are 9/16" but I don't remember the thread pitch.

most aftermarket caps go in thru the hub center hole and there is not clearance with the stock rims for them.

I have not seen another style centercap that will work.
