This is Great!!... .
My Black 4X4 QC Sport finally comes in and my wife is now more execited than I am says call the rail yard and see if you can get pictures. Of course I go they're not gonna let me in to take pictures and I bet nobody has asked to do it before... . WRONG! I called and the guy says "you bet" wants to know the rail car number and tells me what time he will off load it. So I show up and there sits this Union Pacific car carrier and he say its the last one off the top asks for my camera goes inside and takes pictures while it's still inside, comes back hands the camera back and when he takes it off the top tier he stops so I can get some good pictures. He then stops at the bottom lets be look it over ( thru the fence as I could not go in) he does a once over for me then goes and parks it.
I had already called my dealer in Ritzville WA and so he comes up with his car hauler and brings me a van to drive to Ritzville tomorrow to pick up THE TRUCK after he details it. The dealer then lets me go inside the rail yard and drive the truck (7 miles on it) for about a mile to where his car hauler is and offers to let me go show my wife (she has to work I don't hehehe).
Only in Spokane... I don't think I would have been able to do all this anywhere else around here.
I guess I have a few questions:
1. I hope someone takes all that plastic off the outside looks like plastic wrap on a cheap sandwich hehehe.
2. Do I have to let my wife drive it? (I'm gonna just guess at this one)
3. Is there someway to make this TRUCK smoke more (Bombing)?
It's nice to know that Spokane still has that small town feel.
