Well just replaced the switch and searched the FSM to no avail. I guess its a new flipping harness.

Did you test the multi-function switch?

Bob4X4, I did not check the multi-function switch.

Looking at the wiring I didn't think it could affect just one side of the headlights and only the low beam at that.

Will definitely be cheaper to check than a new harness.

I didn't read through the full 2 pages of guessing sorry.It doesn't sound like you understand the sport light conversion.maybe not the oem sysyem either so make it simpler on your self,remove the add on wiring and see what you have working/not working and start over from that point.If the factory system works you should have a bulb on each side that has low and high beam.....
