My Truck In Limp Mode?

Which one

Hi All, I've got a 2008 CTD Ram 3500 with about 95k miles. I've only had the truck for a month or so.

When I got the truck I replaced all fluids and filters right away, then installed a full delete kit and 4" exhaust with muffler and H&S Mini Maxx.

About 2 weeks ago we took it for a 350 mile road trip drive to see some family. On the way home I pulled onto the interstate from a rest stop and got on it pretty hard. Around 30PSI of boost, as indicted by the mini maxi, I heard a squealing kind of sound coming form the turbo area, so I backed off.

Now, every time I get around 30 PSI boost Io get the same noise. There's no power or running issues otherwise, just the noise at high boost. I've checked for leaks around the manifold and turn mounting, as well as tightened all my intercooler boots to no help. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Heres a video I made of it: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>

More then likely a boost leak at one of the charge hoses running from the turbo to the intercooler and then to the intake.
Could be either at the connection(s) or an actual split hose.
you need to perform a close visual inspection of all boost hoses and connections first, though often the ONLY way to find a boost leak is to make and use a boost leak tester in conjunction with soapy water, and outside pressurization of the system with an air compressor.

I had this same squeal twice. First time it was the gasket at the rear of the EGR cooler. This squeal had been occurring since truck was new. The two bolts at the rear of EGR cooler I found loose and metal gasket had burned through.
At 125k miles it developed the same squeal so I assumed it was the same gasket. I found the squeal which had become much worse than yours was due to exhaust manifold gasket leaking at cylinder 2,4&5. New gasket problem solved.
Your squeal at higher boost is what mine was doing when EGR cooler gasket leaked.
