stabilizer shock

i would like to now if there is a stabilizer shocks for 2002 2500 dodge ram im having swaying and when hiting bumps stearing gos crazy can some one help:--)

A buddy of mine had this same problem with his '01 2500 QC LB 4x4... turned out to be his track bar.
