How long does it take to install a bed kit? I have a 5" Grand Rock stack kit on the way and was wondering how long it takes to install. Also, I was thinking of using a hole saw bit to cut a hole in the bed. How much room should I leave between the bed floor and the y-pipe?

Took me and a buddy about two hours plus some beer! My best suggestion would be to prefit everything, then cut the hole. Put the Y-pipe in the bed and then put the stack on and see if you like the position. Then mark the bed and cut away. We used and grinding wheel and it worked very fast. Don't be in a hurry, take your time.
