FINALLY got my stacks installed. Exhaust consists of a 4" Jardine straight pipe to a 5" y-pipe to 6" miter cut stacks.

All I can say is WOW, my truck sounds mean now. I thought it sounded like a rig before, but I was sadly mistaken, NOW it sounds like a rig.

I love the looks I get from D-Max and PowerStroke drivers, the only way I can explain their expressions is awe.

Whoever was first to say: "Once you're stacked, you'll never go back. " was right.

Pictures coming soon.

Windows up it is fairly quiet inside the cab especially while cruising, but I can hear it when I drop the hammer.

Windows down is a completely different story, it is LOUD especially in the upper rpms.

The turbo absolutely screams though the stacks and sounds really cool when I push in the clutch while going up through the gears.

Drone really isn't bad, especially compared to the drone I had with the 4" out the rear.

I think now its not so much drone as the actual sound of the exhaust.

I love it.

That sounds awsome. I'm thinking about doing that myself. Can't wait to see your pics! Does the rain have any affect on straight mitre cut stacks? Here in florida, when it rains, it pours and would hate to have that harm anything.

Get some coffee cans for covers. Well, maybe not coffee cans, but I have seen stainless buckets that would work great and they could be stored in the truck. Just don't forget to remove before firing up the truck.

A cover should help stop the soot shower somewhat.
