I just want to confirm this clunk is in the steering box. I have heard a rattling in the front end and I thought it was due to the worn out sway bar bushings until I got under the truck for an oil change and noticed the pittman arm nut was loose. (I am glad I installed the steering box stabilizer kit.) This led me to attempt to tighten the steering gear adjustment bolt. It didn't do anything and I couldn't turn it in any farther.
Here is the youtube video of the clunk. I am planning on buying a new gear box on Monday. I may end up using a reman from Rock Auto or a Mopar unit unless someone can recommend a better solution.
