My 2007 3500 4WD has another steering box that has failed. This will be the second replacement other than the factory installed steering box. My truck is not abused, never off road and mainly highway driving.
Can anyone recommend a NON Dodge brand replacement steering box. It's obvious that whoever makes the Dodge steering boxes are garbage. My second box failed only 250 miles after the warranty expired and Dodge would not make good on the second failure. Another example of Great customer service. No wonder Chrysler is 3rd place and in the need of Obama bucks to survive... . pretty sad. #@$%!
