the driver side rear brake well slightly lock up on the occasion creating smoke out of the wheel, its only 56000 miles young on a 04. 5. It’s really cool, my fuel economy well drop and you can here the motor working a little harder. Someone said to me that it is just debree stuck in my brake causing it to do that. They said in order to fix it drive back and fourth whilst applying the brakes. It works but I think that’s a bunch of jibber jabber. Any who if any one else has or had this problem and knows what it is. It would be nice to know why it’s doing it. Just debree aint cutting it for me.

There are a few causes, the most likely is the bolts having rust on them and the caliper is hanging. If that isn't the problem you may be looking at a new caliper or a problem with the valve in the anti lock system. Oh, and welcome to ths site!

It must be valve problem or the caliper. I took at look at the bolts and they looked fine. It might be the valve for the abs. I had an experience when the abs light came on briefly when I was doing 4wd doughnuts after a big snow storm.
