Competition Stock 1/4 mile times

what are the stock 1/4 mile times for an 03-04 6spd with the 3. 73's? Ive driven an 03 4. 10 truck and it really did not seem even near as fast as the 04 3. 73 truck i drove today... so is the difference mainly due to gears or does the 04 put more hp/tq down?

I believe the only difference is the gears, I think they are rated the same.

I ran 18. 1 ET (1. 3 sec R/T tho... ) with my 6-speed, 4. 10 geared 4x4 2003 quad cab HO.
