stock wheels

i've seen this somewhere but cant find it. my 2500, 4x4 1999 CHROME stock wheels are cracking in the welds with 18000 miles on them. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE ALUM. WHEELS ON THE NEW TRUCKS WILL FIT WITH NO PROBLEMS. im going to try to get warranty to go this way if they will fit. thanks for the help.

The Y2K wheels won't fit the older trucks. They won't clear the drums in the back, and I think there is a minor clearance problem in the front. I believe MikeR was the one who had the info on this. You might want to do a search on the subject.

The front wheels fit fine it's when you try to put the rear wheels on that there's a problem putting the new wheels on an older truck.
