Strange hi-rev/2004 model year break?

I've never owned a 3rd gen but I was checking one out that needs work. Dealer claims it needs injectors... it revs way up and won't come down unless you just let it sit for a little. I was doing some searches here and didn't find that symptom, every heard of it? ALSO it's build dat is 03-2003 so does that make it an 04 or 04. 5?

Neither, it's a 2003. 5. If it's an auto trans, it should have the 48RE instead of the 47RE. If your 03-2003 is a typo and was meant to be 03-2004, then it's a 2004. 5.

Could it be the FCA fuel control actuator?
