First of all, wanted to let you all know that coming across this site is gonna flatten my wallet big time! Didn't know how wimpy, or should I say how much potential was lurking under the hood.

Second, thanks to all who freely share your brain power and to those who ask the questions I didn't think to ask.

Now, as I'm about to step off the cliff and really BOMB my truck I'd like to do this with as much forethought as possible - tough for me!

Here's the plan:
1. Blue Chip Wizard Fuel Management System (the new one, still Beta) this has built in pyro/boost and a number of other displays built in - very nice, had this for about a week now.
2. Bill Kondolay's VB/TC 91%
3. Psychotty Air Intake
4. Diesel Dyamics Stage III injectors and boost module.
5. HX-40 and 4" exhaust

Now to get around to the question: Who do you suggest buying the HX40 and 4" exhaust from to make this as near a "bolt-up" operation as possible?

Other relevant data: All components will be added over the course of a 3-4 days. I rarely tow or haul. Have a heavy right foot. Got trounced by my buddies PSD Excursion. Heavy right foot. Did I mention a PSD made my poor little Dodge look bad?

Thanks a million!

If you're going to get your injectors from DD then you might as well go ahead and get the HX-40 and exhaust from them as well. That was you'll have fewer receipts. (and their products are great as well) Remember to ask for your 20% discount from DD. It may help your wallet a little.

Hey kurt send your buddy down here we will give him a little education and send him back whimpering and looking for more power #ad

Kurt,
I think maybe you need to take your truck to a good dealer, and have them check it. A good running Cummins, should have no problems keeping up with a PSD. Once you get that baby tuned properly, those PSDs are no threat. After you got it running right, then BOMBS AWAY #ad

Big A

i'll bet that PSD was chipped , the stock PSD can't go over 95mph . i have come across a couple of chipped psd's lately , they are pretty fast , but not fast enough .

work2 , call DD , get it all at the same time , with the discount and shipping from LV to you can't be that bad .

Thanks for the replies so far!

Big A, my G-Tech numbers are on par with others who have run the same tests stock. Here are my numbers(bone stock):

0-60 mph 13. 48 seconds
216 rear wheel HP
1/4 mile 19. 33 seconds at 72. 1 mph

My buddy had just bought the Excursion a couple of weeks before, had not made any modifications. I chalk it up to DC detuning and the inefficient automatic. The truck has 25K on it and gets 18. 5-19mpg combined hwy/city, and has never missed a beat. What do you think?
