Hey guys ive had my 315's for a while now and i just waxed the truck and i see alot of rock chips  . So just last week i ordered bushwacker fender flares (added protection and looks) wheel liners for the rear (protect inner fenders) and now id like to get mudflaps that will sufficiently protect the side of my truck. What has worked for you guys? i wrote to bushwacker and asked what flares i can use and they said i could use any but my have to alter the flare. So far ive looked at the cummins ones but someone stated they werent long enough. If it really comes down to it and cant find anything better than those ill get them. . Anyone have any advice for me on what to do?

Thanks

Nick

I've been biting my tongue for quite awhile, but can you settle the heck down? I've never seen a person in these forums who is more impatient or posts more threads with capital letters and !!!!'s or ????'s. Or bumping half day old posts.

At any rate, to answer your question. . Talk to this guy:

He can probably do anything you want. Since his mudflaps are flat rubber, they will mount to the flares and inner fender liners without having to modify the flares. You'd really only need to modify the flares if you wanted to use moulded flaps with them, and I think it'd be very hard to make that not look like total crap.

:( David, Sorry about the !!!!!!!!'s and SBIUISBH's i am a really energetic and passionate person. I didnt know i was bugging you. You helped me alot with the sport badges and alot of my posts. didnt know i was bothering you  sorry. I actually did write an email to NW customs and never recieved an email back. I wont do business with people that dont return emails. I sent it over 2 weeks ago... . so forget them. Its 2003. 99999 now if your not up to the email game then your out of date IMO.

Also i was gonna send you a pm but ill just post it public dodge charged me 82 dallors for the sport badges  . I was pretty ****** off they where that much. Your lucky you got them when you did.

I checked at the local dealer and they wanted about $45 per side for the old sport badges. They also said a speedo recalibration would be a minimum one hour charge= $70

I wasn't trying to rip on you or insult you, just slow you down a little. . If your post doesn't get answered immediately, just be patient, it will get answered.

Sorry to hear about the sport stickers, that's pretty bad. I thought $30 a piece was bad enough.

As far as NWCustoms, I have to say I agree with you for the most part. In this day and age, vendors who publish email addresses should respond promptly. But unfortunately that's not always the case, especially with automotive products. Like I said I understand and agree with your position, but if you follow it to the letter you'll be cutting yourself off from a lot of the better products available for the Cummins and Ram. Some of these people just get swamped with orders and the email is the first thing that gets ignored.

But it's your choice how you spend your money, of course.
