I think you will find its your polarized lenses interacting with the factory "tint" on the windows. I am sure someone else will be able to give you a better explination of what is going on.
 
rholcom2 is right. The light coming through a window becomes polarized. When it goes through your polarizing sunglasses the light is polarized again. The stripes you are seeing are interference patterns caused partly by differences in the coating and partly by stresses inherent in the window glass. To see an interesting effect, take your sunglasses off, look through them while holding them away from your face. Rotate the sunglasses back and forth and see the stripes change.
 
I have noticed a splotchy-ness to windows even without polarized sun glasses. With my polarized sunglasses I get all kinds of funk-a-delic colors, ... with the purples and greens and yellows..... whoa... I just blew my mind, man..... (I can't help but think about some cheech and chong bit right now... .
