I've had good luck with the Skyjacker 4. 5 setup. I don't have personal experience with the heim jointed control arms, but the consensus on TDR seems to be stick with polyurethane unless you NEED the heims for articulation. They wear out fairly quick and allow a good bit of road noise and harshness to transfer to your frame/body/seat.
Also, if I was doing it again with what I know now, I'd use a larger block in the back with some traction bars to prevent wheel hop. I have issues with the SJ rear springs compressing differently under heavy tongue weight and they are about 1/4" different in static height (fixed both issues with individually controlled airbags)
