Just got home from a cross country trek with my camper. And my truck is sagging on the right rear side. About 2" will the spring settle out and level back off or do I have a bent spring. Trucks a 2016 2500 without the factory air bags

Unless I'm missing something.....you don't have any springs. Only airbags....at least that's how my truck is set up. (Can't see any springs under the back of my truck)

If the truck is empty I'd dare say something is wrong. Either a weak coil or something in the 5 link is bound up. Still under warranty?

Is your airbags independent of each other, and you could have lost air in the one side. Is it possible that the coils are not capable of keeping the truck level without the airbags. I know my sons 2016 3500 factory air is both leaf springs ,and airbags. I think the airbags only comes into play when loaded, he has no control over it.

Mine doesn't have airbags. Just coils. And camper tongue weight is about 850lbs. And I'm using a weight distribution hitch. So truck should be far from overloaded

Just to help clear some things up.

While I can't speculate as to what the problem is, it is definitely not normal. I would let the dealer look at it since it is under warranty.

Sorry ,didn't read it very well , no airbags. As said let the dealer figure it out, sounds like one of coils has possibly fatigued , what else is back there besides shocks ?
