Okay guys - just have to post about this... .
1) Yes, I would like to pay for a cheaper price, but we already have a TDR discount ($149 for non-TDR members)
2) Think about it a bit... Assuming for the following: 10,000 miles @ 1. 48 per gallon and the TAG cost $135 ($129 + $6 for shipping)
Stock truck produces 19. 0 - total gallons is 526. 31 for the 10,000 miles
Stock truck using TAG produces 19. 5 mpg - total gallons is 512. 82 for the 10,000 miles - results in a savings of $19. 96 per 10,000 miles - TAG is paid for in 67,600 miles
Stock truck using TAG produces 20. 5 mpg - total gallons is 487. 80 for the 10,000 miles - results in a savings of $56. 99 per 10,000 miles - Tag is paid for in 23,600 miles
Okay - I know that this is a very generic look at it, but if my math is correct (and thinking) - it wouldn't take too long to pay for the TAG. Of course the higher the mpg difference and the higher cost of fuel, the quicker the pay off. As in some other threads on TDR, it shows that TAG has a bigger mpg results when loaded than empty.
Just my thought and very much thinking of just ordering the TAG right now.
