Taking apart the dash panels

Can anyone help with the disassembly of the dash panels just to the right of the one below the steering column? The ashtray cigarette lighter panel. After removing the panel under the steering wheel, and the four screws holding the ashtray panel which are just to the left of the ashtray and also removing the two screws in the top of the ashtray, I still can't remove it. What else is there? Thanks for your help.

My truck is a 98. .

I have a 94 and the panel aroound the radio, ash tray and speedometer is just snapped in. I have to lower the steering wheel to allow for easier removal. Just pull on the corner near the driver side and mine comes right out. Need to remove bolts for cup holder and ash tray. No tools required for this.
