Not sure if you're a member or not, but I spotted a red quad cab 24v 4x4 cruising south on 75 in Dallas earlier tonight. Your truck sounded sweet when you rolled into the throttle to pass someone. (straight piped)

I was in the hammered up white single cab 2500 w/ stacks

I figured you would appreciate listening to a little Cummins music yourself, so I did a fly-by to let you hear the stacks. :D

down near downtown it looked like we might get to hit the smoke pedals next to eachother, but someone got in your lane :(

you ducked in behind me, so I layed into the throttle. I wasn't trying to smoke you out or anything (not that my truck puts off much smoke at WOT)

I waved and gave the thumbs up, I hope you didn't take it as the middle thumb! looked like you waved as I turned off.

your truck looked/sounded sweet!

Coming down your way

Headin' out toward TX plan to be in your fair state 2 or 3 weeks, if you see us give a holler... . Be traveling with bro-in-lw that has a 97 black dually/with big 5th wheel, and we have big truck camper on our rig. See ya on the road... Jack and Patsy

Saw a white 4x4 second gen quad cab in Lake Worth. Had triple pillar guages, Ranchhand bumpers, and TDR sticker on back window. You followed me down Azle Avenue and onto Jacksboro Hwy. You pulled up next to me at the light on Jacksboro Hwy by the lake.

I was in my wifes 03 Quad Cab 2500. Charcoal grey with the fire department sticker on the back window.

Got passed by a maroon second gen with nice aftermarket bumpers(Duane Parks?) in downtown Beeville last Sunday - I was in the driftwood second gen with a four wheeler in the back, stuck in traffic and didn't get a chance to play. The other Dodge was mixed in with three Powerstrokes, but by the time we got to the edge of town he passed them all and was gone!

I bumped my comp up to 3X5 and woke up the guys in the last Powerstroke... :)

we're meeting up at Sonic in Lewisville on Round Grove Rd. tonight... should be 100-150 cars up there, the weather looks nice. let's get some diesels up there! I'll be up there in a white 97 w/ stacks.

Saw you in Lewisville, too quick to wave. You were turning left on to Mill St. I was turning left on to FM407. You were in a white 2500 w/white topper. I saw your TDR sticker on the rear topper window, right corner.

I live just a bit North of Main off of Mill St. , supposed to hook up with Forrest next week.

... supposed to hook up with Forrest next week.

Boomer II, are you guys hooking up at the Sonic on Round Grove next Wed. ? I have it penciled in on my calendar to try and get over there.

I bet that did wake them up.

Wish it were me, but no dice. Haven't been out of the Houston area at all in '04. I was out that way though when we went to Corpus the weekend after Christmas.

I still want a set of rims like you have on that driftwood Ram...

spotted ???

Saw a white 4X4 (at least 5 in lift) Quad in Lewisville yesterday. Heading north on Mill St. Had the 5in exhaust tip, Banks badges, and a name

on the license plate that you can find in any toolbox. You were turning off, I passed and waved. Are you a member? (saw no TDR stickers)

Saturday night 1/24/04 in Frisco in front of Wal-Mart. It was foggy so my description could be off a little. It was a 2nd gen extended cab, looked like a maroon 4wd short bed straight exhaust with 2 gauges on the A-pillar. Had a TDR sticker on the passenger side of the back window.

That was me Len. You aren't joking about it being a little foggy. Had to keep the straight pipe turned up for safety to let people know I was coming. :D

Sort of like the diesel foghorn...

JaMan,

that may have been my truck. it takes trips down to Victoria every once in a while. chck it out and see.

Sorry I don't think it was the truck I saw was there every time I went by after that, fuor or five times, and it had shorter stacks and 98-02 mirrors (I think). Maybe not as nice as yours?:D

Thanks for the compliment about MMcLain's truck. He is my son and I am currently driving his truck and he has mine. Talk about the center of attention!!! Takes a while to get used to all the thumbs up, stares and comments... . pretty fun!!!!

Saw Tom Wolfe (with a Lonestar TDR sticker) on Sat. at a dyno event says he doesn't drag race his truck (MUCH!:D ) Sweet!!!

Well we were at the last place on the thread page:eek: , I guess it's true no one see's anyone else in this great big state. I think I will drive around with my eyes closed (just to make sure I don't see anyone) just to see if we can make it back to last in no time flat!

 Jared
