I just had to post a response here for the great experience I had with placing my order for a new truck with Adam Macomber. I am a doctor by profession and know what professionalism, integrity, and knowledge can do for those who are in need.
Well, I was in need (o. k. want) of a new truck and risked traveling over 1,100 miles with my wife to purchase/pick up this truck. I would have told anybody in the past that they were crazy for purchasing a new vehicle from someone out of their local area--- because the risks were too high, and not worth any kind of “incentive” or “offer” they could possibly give.
After all or the positive responses that I have been reading on TDR about Adam month after month after month…. I decided to try it. I was very pleased with Adam and his partner Todd, however neither my wife nor I were satisfied with the “upper management” at Dishman Dodge. They appeared “bothered” the whole time we were there, and were more interested in “getting it done and having us out of there in no time. ” Well, a few hours went by and they had no more information out of me and my wife than Adam had given them in the weeks preceding the delivery of the vehicle. In addition, management was short and abrasive to both myself and the other salespeople. I saw it with my own eyes and was shocked! “Upper Management having a Power Trip”
My wife and I were treated like a customer who had just walked off of the sidewalk and liked the truck they saw there and wanted to see if they could afford it.
Excuse me!? I am a TDR customer that demands honesty, truth, and we all know some accessories too. :-laf I knew I had that with Adam and Todd, and trusted their judgment during the whole process. If Adam and Todd had complete control over every aspect of the buying process, I am sure that I would not feel this way.
I will buy again in the future from Adam Macomber wherever he may be. He was the ONLY reason I ever went to Washington. Yes. I bought a truck FROM Adam THROUGH Dishman and definitely not the other way around. If he moved to Florida or Maine, I would follow him there too from the west, ---he was worth it! I will always have my eye looking out for MACOMBER DODGE, but until that day comes, I will just use whatever Dealership is intelligent enough to let Adam continue to serve his clients….
So in conclusion, if you have a sickness or bug for a new truck, then I will only prescribe one thing.
