well the good is I made 590hp and 1200ft/lbs of torque today, the bad news is I blew my head gasket in the process. Change your head bolts after 130k if you have your head off.
Piers you the man.

<font color=blue>Congratgulations Adam!

Please share a few extra details, such as propane? Nitrous? All of the above?

How much boost were you running? Since you already stablished the HX40 goes Kaboom around 53 to 55 psi!

How long until ya get it fixed back up?

Hey Adam, I know that feeling, and I sympathize, greatly! I was already told NOT to run the propane on the dyno for that reason! Great numbers, now I don't have to run on the dyno! #ad

Still working on the spacer thing. So, did you split steel? Or did you tear the rubber? Did you run the 35s on the dyno?

well I guess I have time to post again sence the gasket wont be hear until monday now.
The new combo is the mighty scurge pump, real similar to the auto works trucks, ported head with . 020 thicker head gasket to lower compression 1. 42 and hx40 with 16cm2.
It made all these are in 5th gear with 35's on a dyno were The Mighty HVAC was down 20hp compaired to his 598hp run.
The first one was all motor, 475hp @ 1031ftlbs at 2500. I took it to 3600 for this run but the dyno stopped recording at 131mph because of tire rating, means tire speed went over 140mph, holy smokes. Then we maxed out lpg, we went to 530hp and 1141ft lbs at 2500rpms. After that went to nos and lpg, first pull things were up 45hp until pop pop the dyno didn't read that part of the run, but it spiked at 620 and cam back down at 610. No one new what that popping was but all we knew was ther was a hole in the graph and we should deffinately try it again... . well it read the hole run 590. 1 corrected hp a 2600 and 1200ftlbs from 24 to 2500, the problem was it popped again and at the end coolant was running on the floor. I toor it apart last night and it just lifted the head, too much cylinder pressure for the stretch head bolts.
