jeff , what is the tube used between the billet head of your JRE 1/2" pickup and the ball that is used as the pickup point ??? that same 1/2" areoquip socketless hose ???? maybe the outside is not as fuel friendly as the liner of the hose ??? i think you need to investigate whats in the tank .

Two things to check...

Check your fuel pressure, and make sure it is within spec. Also TEST the overfloe valve. I have installed dozens of thse things, and every now and then I will get a bad one. When they are bad, they usually stick in the open position.

I have also seen several trucks with the exact same symptom as yours. Starts fine cold, but won't start when hot. The problem turned out to be a bad injector line that would leak down whent he temperature got to a certain point--had to do with the expansion/contraction of the metal. I ened up changing the injector line, and it cured the problem.

What kind of performance mods do you have, anyways?

MM, the truck works the same reardless of the fuel level so I don't think the problem is in there unless it was coincidence that all of this occured at the same time.

Evan, I don't have a gauge to check pressure b/c I haven't been able to install the autometer that I bought. That is what causeed this whole mess in the first place.
